Transportation
CFP provides transportation for children under the Supervised Visitation services. Transportation for parents is provided in some cases and will be determined upon receipt of the referral. The Observation Report will be submitted to the requestor within 48 hours after the visitation has taken place. All services provided by CFP are reviewed by a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.
Services provided Saturdays and Sundays ONLY by special arrangement made at least 3 days in advance.
Transportation is for children.
Parent transportation may be available on a selective basis
We also offer TRANSPORTATION ONLY, which is available for both parents and children.
For transportation only cases, CFP will need a full referral form filled out and flex funds form. This will be for cases that need TRANSPORTATION ONLY, without supervised visitation.
When sending a referral please note that it will be for transportation only. Transportation is provided from Monday to Monday.
