Services
Children First Partners (CFP) is a for-profit agency credentialed by Advanced Behavioral Health (ABH) to provide Supervised Visitation services by our credentialed Behavioral Management and Therapeutic Staff.
CFP referrals
Referrals can be sent via e-mail or fax. All requestors are encouraged to call our office for any questions or clarifications.
Supervised Visitation Service
When requesting a Supervised Visitation Service The requestor must fill the:
It is most important the Flex Funds Payment Approval Form signed by The requestors manager/supervisor. No supervised visitation service will be granted unless the Payment Approval form is filled out correctly and received by CFP.
It is important to indicate the duration of service (i.e. 2 weeks, 2 moths etc.) as well as indicating the time, day and length of the visit per week.
CFP provides transportation for children under the Supervised Visitation services. Transportation for parents is provided in some cases and will be determined upon receipt of the referral. The Observation Report will be submitted to the requestor within 48 hours after the visitation has taken place. All services provided by CFP are reviewed by a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.
CFP operating hours are as follows:
Mon-Fri - 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
Services provided Saturdays and Sundays ONLY by special arrangement made at least 3 days in advance.
Transportation is for children.
Parent transportation may be available on a selective basis
